Weirwood 2-18

My commanders who are lvl 2 and 3 all need an item from 2-18, stage 18 to promote.NO amount of changing formation is giving a victory. Am I destined to not advancing any of my commanders as it seems that unless stage 18 is won,there won't be any new weirwood challenges open for me?

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you can not pass that level, I recommend you obtain the medals of your commanders in the previous stages so you can increase the quality of these and thus obtain improvements in their skills.

OR just stop playing. First i lost my account on pioneer server, after playing for 45 days there, now this. Pathetic!
