Tears of Lys

Hi, I was raided and my lord was taken. The person is refusing to either release, post a ransom or kill my lord so I can ressurect it. It says that I need this item called "Tears of Lys" to kill my Lord. I know where to find the Item to ressurrect them on the shop.
I cannot find "Tears of Lys" anywhere in the Alliance shop or Diamond shop. Where do I get this Item from?  Thank you for your help.

Currently, the only way to have Tear of Lys is to purchase with Black Diamonds in the Great Discount shop. There is no offer that contains this item at the moment, so keep your eye on the Great Discount shop to get it when it shows up in the future.

What happe when my lord takes the tears of lys with the lord?
Will he return or must i get new and grow up?

Your lord will be released...soon or later. What is your castle level? If under 17 if not release manually (not by you) you may have to wait a few more hours. When that situation happened to me wrote the letter (to attacker). Commander was released an hour later. So wait. Do some other quests..

Your lord will resurrect in 1hr after taking the tears and come back to normal like before. It is never reset.

I have to vials of the Tears in my inventory, but no option to use, only to sell. My lord has been captured by someone who will not release.  How can I take the tears when there is no "use" button?

Hello Marge,
If you go to your overview window by clicking on your profile picture, where your lord usually is should be an option to click into and get details about his capture and make him drink the poison.
