Character Events, Grain RSS, and Protection

Simple really,

1) Periodically have events similar to the "Arya Event" for the other $ characters so people feel like they have a chance at one day attaining them.

2) Sort out the grain issue. Troops surviving on 0 grain is ridiculous, and nullifies any point to researching/advancing anything to do with grain. When the consumption exceeds the production, troops should start dying until the production/consumption equalises. This will also open up the game to a more equal arena for players because then it will cap the number of troops one can possibly have (and make them re-evaluate their kindom setup).

3) Alliance leaders and or rank 4 members should be allowed to throw up a truce for any player within the alliance, not simply the 2 under their protection in rookery.
