Problems entering Demonic Jungle as of 'spouse'

Hello fellow Players.

I stumbled upon a problem this morning.
I was in a group with a friend of mine, and when he wanted to enter the Demonic Jungle with the group he couldn't enter it as i was 'spouse'. Point is, i'm not in the game, just a friend nothing more. What can i do to solve this and be able to enter with the group?

Thank you for contacting us,
Any player can enter in demonic jungle even without spouse as well,
If your partner is not active anymore, you can force divorce, it will cost you some diamonds, but it will be less easy to do other stuffs, or to merry someone active.

The point is, im not someone's spouse. Someone from the same guild just got that message when we wanted to enter it and that was the reason we couldnt.

Hi chalandejager,

This is a simple resolution to be honest.

If the party leader hasnt done demonic jungle yet and wishes to complete it with someone who is not their ingame married partner, then the player assisting must have already completed their daily demonic jungle to be able to assist without this message popping up on both players screens.

I hope this info assists you in resolving this issue.
