Recharged but never got the diamonds

As you can see from the picture I have 4000 for the $40 recharge, but I didnt get the diamonds for the $20 recharge or the money for it from Precious in Hot events. So Im missing 4,000 diamonds.

Were going to need an SS from the precious. And also a ss from you FB settings showing the recharge.

The one you posted does not have a date, so get it from fb settings and just make sure we can see the amount, and date there.

I tried doing the $20 Recharge TWO times for Precious Hot Events and none of the times did it work. I Tried AGAIN at reset when Precious was back in hot events and it didnt work. The $10 worked and the $40 but the $20 never worked.
I feel so dumb for doing this because now Im missing so much of my own money and the extra diamonds from hot events

I think I finally figured out how to attach things properly.

summary:
Yesterday 5/26/19 I tried recharging $20 for Precious in Hot events BUT it didnt work. I was able to recharge other amounts just fine, but not the $20. I waited to see if there was a delay, but when I still didnt get them I tried recharging again before reset, and again I didnt recieve the diamonds or Precious.

After reset Precious was back in Hot events so I tried to recharge $20 a THIRD time. IT again didnt work.

I am very uoset about this as I am recharging a lot of money for this game but not getting what Im paying for. Please help me.
