let me try help translate for you since i understand carey's way of talking better Elf...


When carey says meds she means 'mods'. specifically forum mods.

the 'med map' idea as i understand is her way of asking "do mods visit servers to help players?" I know they used to, I used to be forever logging into different servers where people were asking for help, as did other mods at the time including Nyx. It wasn't that long ago we had forum mods, facebook mods and server mods (game mods). Not sure if there are still seperate groups or whether everyone shares the same duties these days? Perhaps Dragonlady or the other senior mod could clarify? But what carey is suggesting is that mods might make a scheduled visit to servers to offer help - maybe for one hour. (they could announce in advance which servers they will go to on which day - maybe make a forum post giving a schedule?). I understand that would probably have to be done as part of the weekly alloted mod hours but whether GT would agree to that is another matter.

As for the desktop thing... If you log onto facebook and leave it open, then create an account on the desktop and choose facebook as your login method then you should log in automatically 1st time, and once your account is saved in the desktop app you don't need to enter passwords every time. Desktop is useful to have as a backup system for when the facebook site is down. (I dont use it most of the time because it has the most terrible cache handling than any browser - even worse than chrome!).

Hey Carey, as explained already we do sometimes go to different servers to check on issues. However, we do not interact with players on the server these days. As explained by sun ce, maybe back in the day this used to be a regular thing.

However, we are not following this anymore. Whether or not this will be implemented in future I am sure.

However, yes I understand not everyone who plays this game find it user friendly and occasionally need help. We do try our best to assist with your issues on forum and facebook whenever we can.
