What is this. I can already send out like 4 commanders at once. What does this add to?

Let's say you go to a lvl 3 rebel leader. You do 3% damage each try. So you need like 10-15 expeditions to kill it. Each one gives you a combo point. That talent or whatever it is, increases the maximum number of combo in a row you can do.

Hi shogun,

Consecutive attacks against the same Rebel Leader will give you a damage bonus. This damage bonus depends on your combo cap. For example, if you have a combo cap of 3, you will get an additional damage bonus for the second attack and another bonus for the third attack, but no additional bonuses for additional attacks.
