Fortune Bag didn't give exchange

I got 2 fairies AND 1 fairy evolution that I unlocked already, but the Unfortunate Bag didn't give me option to exchange them. What should I do to get rid of those 3 things and get 99 bags in return? What happened to my Facebook friends? Since the last Facebook crashed, all LoA friends are gone.  IGN: Rinchen, Server: Sharkline 1357, Platform: Facebook.

Hello there, we are sorry about your issue, please provide us SS, one from fortune event uncropped with time stamp which show you got fairies. 2nd SS from your inventory that show you have fairy icon and morph, and last SS from fairy option which show you already have those fairy and morph. I did more spins today on Unfortunate Bag events and got even more fairies that I already have: Little Bats 2x and both time gave me no exchange. You guys need to seriously fix this thing. Here are all the requested photos as evidence. So now I need LoA to refund me for: ONE Snow Rocky Morph, ONE Cancer fairy, ONE Little Earthshaker fairy, and TWO Little Bats. Every Image has TIME stamps.

I just did more spins to hit 12,000 daily points and got 50 Snow Rocky (now I got 100 Snow Rocky morph stone) and 50 Husky morph stone. I have many of those. I attached more photos as evidence. You're right. I looked at my Fortune Bag and it only show 1 Little Bat fairy while there are 2 in my inventory. I guess just refund me whatever fairies and fairy morph stones in the Fortune Bag. HOW DO YOU USE NIRVANA FIRE?
