I did the survey in the game, but the message icon stays and interferes with gameplay as it's easy to click near it and trigger a message from it.

Also it is not clear if I actually got the reward for doing the survey.

Not getting the auto trigger for the survey window the way these guys aove me are saying, but I definitely did not get the diamond reward that was promised for having done the survey.

Dear Lords,

As stated by BabyPhD, the developers are currently working on a fix for players to get their rewards and for the Survey icon to disappear once it's taken.
