Dear support,

After 2 months of playing and LOTS (and I mean LOTS) of money spent, yesterday I decided to start a THIRD account.  I started out with 1000 black diamonds and bought packs to speed up my castle to level 17.  It seemed like it was slow to raise my xp.  I should have paid attention sooner because to my horror I realized that the game had stopped giving me my lord xp for completed quests and other things that grant xp.  I checked my other accounts this morning and sure enough the same thing is happening on them.

I've had many issues with the game in the last week which I have posted here and submitted tickets for with no resolution.  In the browser I can not get into Training grounds or world, despite using the techniques that support has posted on here for other users.  I have to use the desktop app to play the game.  Now this issue with loss of XP.  this is occouring in the desktop app as well.  I know that my friends pour a ton of money into this game.  The bugs and slow response of or complete lack of response on support's behalf is unacceptable.  I have spent entirely way too much money that I should have to deal with these issues.

I want my accounts reviewed closely and my XP credited to my lord ASAP.  We ALL want a REAL fix for not being able to get into world on browser.  I EXPECT a PROMPT resolution of these issues since I am unable to play the game until they are resolved.

I've had that same problem myself. There are many mistakes in the game, unfortunately, and the saddest thing is to know that no one is there for that. The support inside the game is very inefficient, we hardly get an answer. And when we have one it seems that they get angry and mark our account and give more and more problems appear.
