Hi! I have this problem since a lot of time, more than one month. I'm playing this game and also GOT and LoA3, all three on the desktop app. I want to remark that I have no problem with the others two games, just with this one. My app is updated. I've trying on several times reinstalling the app and clearing the client caché, but nothing seems to work: everytime I click on "play game", the screen becomes black and freeze, never run the game. I'm a little bit tired of this problem, and it's the game where my character is more developed, so I want to play again. Please, I really need a fix for this.

Hi! Thank you for the answer. As I said before, this is not a recent problem and I already check that link before and followed the steps there. It's not working anyway. The only answer I got here and on discord is that link, there isn't another way? Couldn't be any other problem? I can provide any other info, just let me know what you need.

On the link you gave me there is a repair tool, said there that it's used when the game get stuck in updating, that's not my problem, but I wanna ask you if that repair tool could help me anyway.

Hi,

It's possible that will help you.

Also, you might try deleting that game from your menu in the client, close, and restart client.

Then add it back by clicking the main menu games.

Sometimes this also helps.

EDIT: I did and it works, but not with my user. It was really disappointing xD. The game started all over again, when I put my username with my previous account, the black screen comes back.

Hello there, i will suggest you to check again and choose the server from main list, sometime its just auto start from other server, so have to go back n open main server if still same then try to log in your server in browser and let us know working or not in browser. Thank you

I can't believe it, but it¡'s working. Thank you so very very much! What I did was: change the server from the app, close, then select my own server from the list but with my account logged out and then trying to log in with my account on my server. That was all and magically I was able to log in the game with no problems at all.

I never figured out it was a such simple solution and I've been almost two months without logging in the game for this problem! Thank u!!

I have one merged account that won't open on it's own since the merge.

But if I open another server on the same browser 1st, it opens right up.
