GUILD MAIL BUG

For months i have seen requests of fixing the Guild Mail Bug and still not fixed, wherein only Online members of the Guild are the only ones that receive Guild Mail and not those offline.
Takes to much effort to check members online and offline and Re-send Mail every now and then to members just to be sure that everyone receives an information from Guild Leaders to all its members,
PLEASE FIX THIS BUG ASAP..
