cannot submit ticket and errors in bonus

Hi,
I have continuous difficulty in submitting tickets in the browser version of the game. I will appreciate it if you can fix the problem soon.
For specific problem, my commanders' bonuses for all the troops are not reflected in my lord statistics. This had lead to a huge loss of my troops in the battles.

Sorry to hear that you're struggling to submit tickets via the browser game. IF you don't play via facebook, could you possibly try via the GTarcade app?

Thanks! And to answer your question, commanders must be upgraded to rank VI in order for all of their benefits to be properly added to the global stats of your army. You unlock one more bonus every two rank.

From my understanding of Lord Bonuses, only Economic Passives are applied permanently to your city details. Military Passives that increase health, defense, attack of specific or all troops are only applied when you use those specific commanders as part of the attacking/defending army. You do have to continue to promote and rank up your commanders to unlock higher tier passives as stated above.

Dear Lords,

Oh yes you're right ibrisen, I didn't get it that way immediately. Of course, the specialization and skills of commanders are pretty much all passives, but those like the ones that are military focused only triggers whenever you're involved in a fight.
