If your Lord is captured, what are your options?

Dear Lord himannv,

You can either attack the player who captured your lord and beat him in order to free him. You can pay the ransom if one is set otherwise you can poison and kill your lord. Your last option is to wait for the timer until he comes back.

that's just nonsense.

"attack the player who captured your lord and beat him in order to free him" - if your army is strong enough to overcome the defences and army of the lord that attacked you, then you wouldn't have lost and had your lord captured in the first place.

"you can pay the ransom if one is set" pay the ransom with what exactly? The attacker will have wiped out your gold reserves and the troops you need to gather the gold to pay the ransom.

"you can poison and kill your lord" so instead of waiting 24 hours total to get your lord back, you can kill your lord and have then out of action for however long they've already been in jail plus another 24 hours for them to crawl back to life.

You should make more researches and improve your knowledge about the game.
I gave the different possibilities that players had to get their lords back, bounties being one more of them I forgot about.

There are many ways to get your lord back, this game is more complicated and technical than you may think.

I got attacked and my commander ended up in jail
The timer counted down to 0
It now says: In jail 00:00
But i received a message that someone is claiming ransom for it
Others in my clan have waited 3 days for theirs to come back
Bug?

Dear Lord pehr4,

The time spent in jail depends on the level of your lord. One can simply hold him prisoner, ask for a ransom, execute him or recapture him straight away. No bugs involved.
