Hi,
My in game name is Tuadru and Im playing in K3.
Ive been playing this game for months now and made several purchases with my maestro debit card without any problem until 3-4 days ago
(right around last maintenance). My montly card was expiring and I wanted to extend it (100 BD) and when I tried to recgarge my card data
wasnt saved anymore and when I tried to select naestro instead of normal amount (12.50$ for 100 black diamonds, VAT included) it said NaN.
I submited ticket about this 4 days ago and I got reply after 1 day from one of your operators asking me where I am trying to make purchase
from (which country) and wrote back that I have made all my previous purchases from Croatia and the one I tried was also from Croatia.
After that he hasnt replied (over 2 days now) and for some reason I was unable to submit another ticket (Ive tried because Im tired of waiting).
The problem still persists. I am very hopeful you will sort this out because its in your best interest that I keep spending (or at least I should hope
so ). I dont have any other card so this is my only payment option.

  • I hope it wont as well. Ive send my ticket with request to be expedited on Friday evening and I got replay Saturday morning server time so I hoped it would be done soon as Ive replied again just 2 hours after that...

The operator responded saying that developers said my payment method was under maintenance when I submitted the ticket and that I should contact them......Can someome give me link of where I can do that.

Dear Lord tuadru,

Could you try to submit a ticket from the game, Customer support, submit a ticket with payment issue and give me the number of the first one so I can bump it up. You should retry though now and see if it works.

  • I have not contacted the bank about it since my card works normally in all other internet payments and other payments, payment is issue only in this game for some reason...

tuadru check better if you have not collected money from your card.

I had a similar situation on Monday. I bought 500 black diamonds using the PaySafeCard, and unfortunately I did not receive diamonds and after submitting this to the support I received the answer that there is no error on their part and that I should ask the PSC for a refund. After I responded to this message and sent the necessary information related to the transaction and writing directly to the PSC after a few hours, black diamonds appeared on my end. The problem is that I had to get information on how the procedure works in such situations, because the people from the support (or one person with the nickname Jason) think that it is enough to respond once and the player - and in this case, the client who is willing to pay him - let him deal alone, and preferably not to bother him / her again, because he thinks the matter has been settled. Despite the fact that the client is right and the problem lay on their side.
Here I met the worst support in all of its history with such games.
I will add that I have been waiting for my previous application for over a month and for more than two weeks for the next one. They are no longer real because they were about things that ended in the game, or they were fixed, but for me, support in this game does not exist.

  • Thanks for your help bro but I didn't even recharge because my card doesent get recognized anymore! when I select maestro instead of amount it says NaN NaN and when I click on recharge nothing happens!

  • and you have made sure that you have chosen the payment method of a debit card and not a credit card case? in my case (I just checked how it works) after choosing the debit card method and clicking on the mastercard everything looks fine. I do not want to buy black diamonds, because I do not intend to pay for the kind of service in this game. in my opinion They are just sitting there and clicking, so that there is a trace in the system that they work.
