I need help please. I bought the wrong one until it was to late. Here is a screen shot of what I bought. It was an honest mistake that cost 20K topaz. I would like for my topaz to be returned and they can take back their valarium gears. Here is a screen shot of what I bought. I didn't know that I bought the wrong ones until I noticed most of my topaz were gone. If you can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Please help. that's a lot of topaz to spend on 20 valarium gears. I'm sure you know, no on in their right mind would buy 20 valariums for 20k topaz. I would hate to take this matter further and end up getting banned from LOA2.

Hi Nelio,

Unfortunately Devs cannot do your exchange. Next time be careful in purchasing resource in Events to avoid committing this mistakes.

Pretty funny how it was okay for them to exchange the wrong uniform chest I bought for the correct one, but they aren't or won't take back the valarium and give me back my topaz. Makes me wonder if they have that sale in events on purpose to decieve players and catch them off gaurd. Maybe they think I will recharge again to get my topaz back up there. I know they did it for much less items so to me I know they can can do this also. Since they aren't willing to work with me and give me back my topaz that I was saving for Enchantress. In my book that is stealing, giving me the shaft. giving me the midlle fingure and what ever else you want to call it.

can you see if they will terminate my account so I don't get tempted to come back? If they won't do it vulanterely then I will dispute with my credit card company and use the excuse that LOA2 stole from me when they were willing to work with me for much less.
