Bugged Gear

Hi,

I have 4 pieces of gear that are bugged.  It will not show up in smelt and I cannot sell it either.  2 of them are bound and 2 are unbound but wont detect.  Also, I unable to dismantle a feather of gensis nor can I sell it.  It does not show up in Trade market.

Thank you for contacting us,
Kindly please do these step and the lock on the item will be removed.

Click on locked item and then select equipment, no matter what system prompt show click on Yes/Ok, Once item is equipped then click on the item which get unequipped, and click on equipment.
Once the item get equipped then the lock on the other item will be removed and you will be able to smelt or sell the item.

About the wing not able to sell kindly please do the following,
Please unequipped the wing, click on the wing and select dismantle, It will give you your wing back plus memory crystal,
Upgrade your wing and then use the memory crystal to gain back your feathering attributes

Hi Laka Khan,

I believe you misunderstood me on this.  I've already tried unequipping and re-equipping the bug items but it still doesn't detect under smelt and there's no sell option as well for these 4 bugged items.  Secondly, the Feather of Genesis does not show up in trade when I try to sell it and I cannot dismantle the feather of genesis like I can with Feather of dream or feather of emerald and so on.  I'm not talking about wings.

My apologies for not properly understanding the question.
For the equipments, you can create ticket to support, they will check the account and will sell or smelt the items according to your need,

Regarding the feather, If the feather got the Lock on it, then i am afraid that it is bound to your account,
If feather does not have any lock on it and still not show in auction for sale, then kindly please explain this issue to customer support as well in your ticket, as only customer support can help you in this regard,
