Unlocking Sandor Clegane / The Hound as a Commander

Does anyone know how to unlock Sandor Clegane as a commander?  If you go to his commander page and click on Source, it just says "Special reward."  Usually that means they're for sale for black diamonds, but he has never showed up for sale.  I don't think anyone in the game has him and nobody seems to know how to get him, judging by the comments posted on his commander page.  The only time I've ever seen him in the game is during the very beginning stages of the Training Ground, where we were fighting against bots and not other players.  Are the game devs saving him for a special event reward, kind of like the Arya event or something?  I think he's the only locked commander at this point.  When will he be available and how can we unlock him?

We do not have exact dates when the commanders are unblocked since we always do it in the big discounts, you just have to be careful since they always change continuously.

Dear Lord bugeater93,

This commander, I believe, is unlockable in the Great Discount for 50BD in his first offer. (Gives 10 medals and unlock him in Grey quality.) I think I've seen him once in offer, but I won't bet on this. Keep an eye on daily offers as commanders packs available change every days!

I'm online pretty much every day and I've never seen him for sale, nor has anyone in my alliance.

Another week has passed.  This commander is still unavailable.  By the time they release him, everyone will have stopped playing this game.

I actually thought I saw him once but that must've been my bad memory wishing I actually saw him in Great Discounts appearing too.
I have no information about when he will be available though, so I hope it will be soon, and if we hear about it, I'm sure we will let you know!

This commander just doesn't seem to be available at all. Neither is the Glorious equipment set.

Dear Lords,

Well, it's up to the developers to release new content and commanders into the game as they see fit. So all you can do is wait and fingers crossed we may see him appearing in a future update!
