Hi easyway90, the reward should be sent in game automatically after launching and playing the game through the Desktop App. If the reward does not appear after a reasonable amount of time playing, please take a screenshot to show you are playing in the App, and provide your ingame name and kingdom number, and we will submit a report for you.
