Facebook game to desktop app

Hi,
I started play the game via Facebook, it's sometimes annoying to play via browser so i want to switch to Desktop app. But I can't... I tryied login with my FB account to desktop app but I'm always starting new game. How can I bind my game from FB to desktop app. Is there any info about login/account name etc.?

From my understanding the Desktop Launcher and Browser version is different from the Facebook version, so you cannot merge accounts. I'm sure a moderator will confirm/deny soonish if you want to wait for their answer.

Dear player,

This game can be played from 2 platform: Facebook or GTarcade
Facebook has the normal Browser (direct from Facebook) AND their own App called Gameroom
GTarcade has the normal Browser (from our official site) AND our own App called GTa App/Desktop App

Once you have started the game from Facebook, you can only play as a Facebook player (from FB directly in a browser or in their App)
If you log on GTA App it will only start a new account. Even if you log with Facebook quick log in, that will not be the same account as your actual Facebook account. FB quick log in it's only a log in / sign in option to GTA platform.
There is currently no option for connect your Facebook char to GTA , but there are plans for that to be made possible in the future.
