Where is customer service (support)

It seems to be non-existent!   I now have FOUR outstanding tickets from in-game and none have gotten a response!

The latest one is to report that scouting seems to be broken!   You scout a rebel, the email is delivered, but it's blank...no data...nothing for your spent coins.   Ripoff?   Bug?   Delusion?   Don't know because NO ONE HAS RESPONDED!

The other 3 are to ask for help in logging onto game from another computer!   I started the game GoT from Windows on my main computer.   Later went to another computer, again from my Windows I opened the game....and it started a new game!  Net, I cannot connect to my original game from another computer!!   Would really appreciate how to do this!

Firstly, I'm so sorry about this inconvenient. If you have any ticket that doesn't have a reply after 3 working days (Monday-Friday) please provide us that ticket's ID.
Secondly, to play the game from another Computer, just simply log into your previous account and everything should be OK!

Please report back to us if something goes wrong when you follow my guide.

when logging into the game, you need to choose "login" just below Play Now to log in to an existing account, and not log in as a new player. I do not know who came up with it to make it look like a game login.
