Payment Issues with Facebook

Hello

Can anyone tell me please, what recourse does one have, or what other alternatives are there if one is having an issue with the Facebook payments!  I am in such a debate with them now for two days for a measely $10 ingame purchase.  I am so angry I could explode.  

Is there anyone here that can direct me to someone that can assist with an alternative payment method - like PayPal for instance.
