Beta Launcher Crashed and constant Installation/Update Failed

So my launcher crashed for the first time since I started playing. Upon rebooting, the launcher attempted to update/install Game of Thrones:WIC again but kept failing, making me unable to open via launcher. Account is still accessible via browser.

So sorry you are facing this issue. Could you try reinstalling the client to see if that resolved the issue for you?
Alternatively, you could try the following steps:

1) Remove the game from the list under "My Games" in the client


2) Log out of the Desktop App then completely close the App so it is not running in the background



3) Right click on the GTArcade App on your computer and click "Open file location"


4) Delete the folder named "Account"


5) Click on "Gtarcade" at the top of the folder window


6) Delete the folder named "account"


7) Re-open the Desktop App, login, and download the game again.from the games menu.
