since our merge we are having server disconnections again.

Is this noticed by the devs at all and in progress of being corrected?

Hi laka khan,

The server disconnection is the same as what we had on the CET servers a while back where it occured every day around the same.

Since our servers merged, this issue has popped up again and is happening at any time between 8 pm and 8:30pm ingame time.

Hope this can help with the finding of the cause of this issue.

If me after last update on 03 july 2019,while i want to log in,my game keep searching for server address,but if i reinstall the game,i can log on amoothly and if i log off,i can not play again without reinstall it first,i hope there a solution,thx

The server disconnections are still occuring on a daily basis and its always the same time or there abouts.

Can you please tell me if this is in the process of being corrected as the server merge was weeks ago now and its getting beyond a joke once again like it was when the first set of merges happened.

Yes we have reported this issue, can you please provide me a small video, record it this way, that we can see that you got dc at usual time,
With that video, please do provide me your details.

- Character name (case sensitive) :
- Server number with region :
- Device you are using to play EoC :
- Software version on the device :
- Lastly if possible a short video ( it will help our development team a lot in fixing the issue )
