Wrong counts, how about the mathematics?

Hi, I have a problem with the STORY QUEST. I have trained more than 10000 T3 soldiers, but the system just counts 4860 T3 soldiers. then I can not get the reward that I have earned.
I have 2 printed screens here.
my name in game is : Aryaneedle
my server is : K24
please notice the time when I printed the screens.


this is 11000 T3 soldiers in my city


just counts 4860 soldiers.

Could you please fix this problem? Thanks very much!
