Title rotation script

Has anyone thought about a title rotation script or some on demand title granting script?
Here's where game design and reality collide.
In many kingdoms (King's Landing) title are not a static thing.
They get distributed on demand or thereabout.

Since this game has no public API I know of (Unity Engine game), maybe either this feature could be implemented in the game itself
or maybe someone has already written something to easy the management of titles
