Blacksmith's Treasure stole my Black diamonds

I paid for 200 black diamonds. I spent 100 of them on the Blacksmith's Treasure. I then went to buy the Iron Bank's Favor for 100 black diamonds. It told me that I needed to recharge again. It looks like I was charged 200 black diamonds for the Blacksmith's Treasure.
Please refund my 100 Black Diamonds. Now I can't submit a ticket for it because it's broken... Thank you.
