Introduction
An alliance is one of the most important aspects of the game, it allows you to meet people, evolve within a community of players as well as participate in many events that are not possible on your own. The game is not designed to play alone and without an alliance, so it is advisable to join an alliance as soon as possible.
We will see in this guide what is the interest of being in an alliance, the bonuses it gives you and how to optimize your alliance in order to progress as well as possible with your friends!
Basics
● An alliance is composed of a maximum of 100 players: ● 1Duke/Duchess (Or King/Queen if you own King Port) ● 15Marquis ● 1Chief Knight ● 1Diplomatic Advisor ● 1Financial advisor ● from 0to 99 Earl ● from 0to 99 Baron ● from 0to 99 Knight
Duke is the leader of your alliance. Marquis is a restricted council, the people with whom your Duke decides to manage your alliance. Among these Marquis 3 will have a special rank, indicating a particular function assigned to them by the Duke. They are called "Officials"
Chief Knight, for example, is your strategist. Your war lord will lead you in your battles, castle sieges and any other battle events prepared by your alliance leader. It also gives you access to the"Battle Log" in your Alliance Log, in order to track your members'battles, you don't have access to these logs without a Chief Knight.
Diplomatic Advisor is the opposite of the KnightCaptain, he is often nicknamed " Hand of the King " in alliances, he is the person who manages your external relations with other alliances, in order to make them allies or simply avoid starting a war, it is a very important role not to be taken lightly. Financial Advisor is generally the person called the"bank" where the whole of your alliance sends the resources they have in excess to protect them, it is often a person who lives under a truce(bubble) all the time in order to secure the resources of your alliance. The financial Advisor gives you access to the "Transport Log" in your Alliance Journal, allowing you to track who gave and how many resources they gave to the Advisor. Your Duke may give permission to some ranks to see the resources available at the Advisor in real time.
Earl is the highest-ranking non-officer of an alliance, it is generally the so-called trusted or former persons in the alliance who have proven their worth and are respected by the Marquis and theDuke.
Barons are the so-called "common" persons in an alliance, having proven themselves sufficiently successful to be permanently integrated into their alliances but not having exceptional high deeds (this isgenerally the most commonly used rank in an alliance).
Knights are recent people in an alliance, this rank is often used for the test period before permanent integration into an alliance.
The Marquis and Duke can also use another function, theAnnouncement to send messages to your members only as well as the Declaration, to write a message visible to everyone.
Alliance gift
Alliance gifts can be purchased by allies or won by eliminating rebel leaders. Keys can be obtained via alliance gifts, use them toobtain major alliance gifts. Alliance EXP can be obtained through major alliance gifts. The EXP can be used to increase the level of your alliance.
The higher your alliance levels are, the more likely youare to get quality alliance gifts. This is where the most important part of an alliance isbased, here the difference will be made between a fused and a united alliance. Let's start with alliance gifts, the higher the quality is, the more likely you are to get high-quality rewards, this is also the case for your alliance level, so it is always important to raise your alliance level(some are reaching level 10 at the time of writing this guide and can continue). The more gifts your alliance generates per day, the fasteryour alliance will level up and the faster your players will progress. It is the alliances that generate the most gifts per daythat will progress the fastest and that will impose themselves on their kingdomin the long term.
As for the keys, in order to unlock your major wedding gifts, it depends on the quality of your gifts:
Common quality chest: 1 key per chest Uncommon quality chest: 2 keys per chest Rare quality chest: 3 keys per chest Epicquality chest: 4 keys per chest Legendary quality chest: 5 keys per chest
The keys are per player, this means that on an alliance of100 players a single chest can bring back 100 to 500 keys depending on its quality. But the quantity is also important, it is better to make 10 boxes of uncommon quality per day (20 keys per member) than only one of epic quality (4 keys permember).
At this stage, everything depends on your progress in the game, the quality of your commanders, your level, your research in the"Expedition & Pacification" branch.
This is where teamwork is important, even the smallest player in an alliance has a role to play in the progress of his alliance on adaily basis.
These keys are used to open your major alliance gifts, the number of keys requested varies according to your alliance level, now are known as safes:
The wooden gift box with 50,000 keys The galvanized gift box with 100,000 keys The Tourmaline gift box with 200,000 keys
The wooden gift box gives you 5 EXP points per player. The Galvanized gift box gives you 10 EXP points per player. The Tourmaline gift box gives you 20 EXP points per player.
To give you an example, out of an alliance of 100 players, each making 8 chests of uncommon quality, this makes a total daily key equivalent to: 16x100x100 = 160k keys per day!
Alliance Trial
The alliance trial is a recent feature, allowing you to face bosses alongside your alliance members, allowing you to progress through difficulty levels, asking you to beat 32 bosses before moving on to the next difficulty level.
Each defeated boss will bring you diamonds, a chest of alliance resources, accelerators, Compasses and sometimes Tyrion medals.
Each boss has a "Trait", this means that each one will have a type of commander that will be a counterpart with a big increase in damage. This damage bonus increases with each difficulty level to compensate for the bosses' health bonus, which also increases.
(Example here of a Trait of a boss in difficulty 2)
Conclusion
An alliance that works as a team and is united will have a much more sustained and constant progression than others, so it is important to join a stable alliance and be active every day.
Your alliance is growing thanks to the number of gifts you can offer to your members, to be active at alliance events, outings, sieges and KvK.
Progress is also achieved through good management by your Duke and his counsel, information sharing, mutual assistance and group cohesion.
