After all the updates I tried to go on the hunt and the game just closed. When I opened the game again, still on the server screen, when I click Enter the game simply closes. I've tried to do the client repair, reinstall the game, but I still have the same problem.I was informed that maybe it was a microphone problem. While the corrections do not come out I tried to disable the microphone permission of the application, I tried to disable the microphone riding a party, but still the game continues giving crash.
I also tried to access my account on another device (device that in the carrier's account was working normally). I found that the problem is basically in my account (and in the account of many affected by the problem), since the instant I tried to hunt the game crashed again.
Phone: Motorola Moto G5S Plus
RAM: 3gb
Available storage: 11gb
OS: Android 8.1.0
Nick: Gally
Server: America

Please, I really like this game, I appreciate your help.

Hi Rangers,

Thank you for coming to us with your issue.

It seems that the issue is triggered by the in game microphone in combination with a low ram device, as it has been helpful for different players with the same issue, can you please try the following steps :

- Make sure you gave the game the permission to use the microphone in your apps permissions from your device settings.

- Create a party with any other player.

- As soon as you enter in a group you will have a few moment before the game crashes during which you will have to disable the microphone and the speakers which you can find under your mini map.

- If you successfully disabled it before the game crashes, once you reconnect to the game you should be able to enter a hunt or any group.

- Please make sure to not activate it later as this error may occurs again until it is fixed by our developers.

Please let us know if that fixed your issue.

Still not fixed hahahahahah if I did my job like this I would be soooooo fired. I'm more pissed that I spent so much time and money on this to be only able to log in and not be able to actually participate in the hunts.
I'm sure the revenue lost over the next week should turn a few heads. We will see no amount of ridiculous gift giving from them is going to be enough at this point

Please check this out.  Many friends of mine are unable to play because of this problem.  The game has potential, but it needs to support players.

The problem still remains.  Support won't help?  My legion is having problems.  Many players are threatening to quit because of this error.
