Aliance Conquest bug

I changed servers and alli some days ago, now i have lots of bugs: in Alliance Conquest, our leader purchases healing and marching speedups but they don't appear for me, although they appear for others, happens for all 3 fights on AC, on seven blesings event i don t received rewards for my guild being on top 3 gathering and rebels, my guild mates receive those, i don t, but i got my individual rewards for nr 2 in gathering, and i can t claim stage rewards in elite trial even stage is clear. Try repair or restart, not worked. I m made a ticked 7 days ago, nr. 7948690, they answerd to try repair app, of ocurse i did this before sending ticket, not working, and from that momment no more solution..Soon will be fight nr 4 in AC, of course no heal or speed for me...i lose lots of rewards, can anyone find a solution for this? I saw on official discord that are more people with same issue. Ty and hope for some compensation.
