Payment issue .. pls someone fix it

Dears,
i am playing GOT since  long time and i have 2 accounts. But i find out that when i want to get some black Diamond one of them had increasing in payment by 20% !! than the other.
I don't know why !! ex: if am going to buy with 10$ to get black diamond i find that i pay 10$ in one of them and the other one i have to pay 12 $ !!!!
So please someone tell me what is the problem and fix it because a won't pay no more. becuase i get  sick of it.Ok as update and clearfy it: I am using my own Visa with same both accounts Also it is the same method i am using before SO WHY SUDDENLY this increasment !!

Please double check if you are trying the same payment method in both the accounts as some payment providers charge a higher fee.

My own Visa am using the same way i paid before with ma same laptop ! the problem is i can see that those increasing only in one of my own accounts ! not both of them so am sure there are a tec. problem with it.
