Sir, Madam,
It has been 2 years i have had some tickets sent to support on hold. Acknowledged with "we'll be back to you". Never did. So went to ask on LOA2 discord channel. There, mods acknowledge recpetion of what they want only. 3 times report for same bug. Not acknowledged. Vous vous foutez de la gueule de qui ?... Le jour où j'en aurai ma claque et fermerai mon compte, je ne manquerai pas de rapporter tout ça aux autorités. En attendant, j'espère que Bigpoint a gagné son procès contre GTarcade. Tout simplement parce que ce serait légitime.

The ticket numbe/numbers, if it involves account or recharge issues:

If your ticket was not related to recharge or account issues, please specify what your issue was while providing the information above.
