I can't recover my account. They want me to start over! Help

Does anyone know how I can get to my original account. I used to play off of an email link but the GT Arcade prompted me to use FB and it started me all over . I have a level 25 castle being finished and now this! Help please!

Have you tried going back to the platform you played on previously? Account information is not synced between Facebook and GTarcade. If you played on the GTarcade Desktop App previously, you will have to remain on that platform if you wish to progress with your current player data.
