DW not loading...

I've attempted to run DW at the scheduled time and it keeps failing with "Cooling Down..." and then "Log Failed. Refresh Browser." Refreshed the browser multiple times to no avail.

I normally max the rewards (8 billion gold) and now, with this happening during SS Tycoon, I'm losing those points as well.

Please compensate for the failure to operate in both gold and Tycoon points.

No, I don't have meaningless screenshots.  Tell the DEVs to check the activity log during the timeframe of the 16:30 DW run and it should tell them far more than a screenshot from a player.  There were multiple players who were having the same issues.  The posting of the problem was only done by me and included all of them as well.

As far as compensation, LoA should be extremely embarrassed for this failure during one of the major events (SS Tycoon) and should be more than generous in compensating the players who had problems.  There are some really angry players that are completely fed up with the lack of competency and poor support of the DEVs as well as the disrespectful attitudes expressed by GTarcade in general toward them.

You mods do the triage, report the problems along with d o c u m e n t a t i o n when available, and the DEVs seem to i g n o r e it all.  My profound thanks to you, the mods on the frontline, for the jobs you do in support of the game and the players.  It's a crying shame that GTarcade doesn't seem to feel the same way and care enough to support you folks with open minds and open ears (or eyes).

We understand that issues may happen from time to time (and could be at very bad time like SS Tycoon). How about a suggestion that LoA allows us to do DW anytime we want (or could). And they just need to control on the limit of Gold.

So one can do 4 DW in a period and still get up to the max gold.
