Other supported browsers?

  Can the game be run on non-major browsers? I've been trying to run this on the pale moon
browser but I just get redirected to the desktop app download page everytime. I tried deleting
cache and re-installed the browser but no effect. When I click on the "Join Battle" button
I end up in desktop app download page. I had this issue once in Google Chrome when I started
playing GOT-WIC early last year but seems to have been fixed after a few days. But now after
more than 200 days of playing straight in Chrome some pop-up dialogues don't load. Other
browsers too, like firefox just got stuck at loading. Tried lowering graphics in Chrome but no
effect. I've found pale moon and seems to work fast but I just get redirected to the download
page.
  I have tried the desktop. It worked before but after an upgrade, there is a prompt that says
"Update Failed". I have to click several times just to get to the loading portion and then it gets
stuck sometime at 39, sometimes at 57, sometimes at 99 and sometimes at 100.
  Any idea or insight on how to go past the download desktop page would be very much
appreciated.

Although the game may work on other browsers, we do not have a list as such for supported browsers.
As for the loading issues, kindly clear your browser cache & cookies. This always fixes loading issues.
