server Mehen 509 / ub 94 has been unable to chat in world or guild chat as well as NO ability to start or join TEAM events such as team arena or team dungeon for the last TWO DAYS !!  we all would appreciate it if these issues were addressed soon. comments in world chat have been there 48 hours now.

well, Namaste had already reported the issue ( http://community.gtarcade.com/thread/1345424-1-1.html ) - in reference to your question in your other post about this in General Discussion. So yes, devs fixed your server after we alerted them of the problem raised by your server mate. (I also checked this morning and saw world chat was back working again)..

with regard to the forum limit on picture size, I have never had any issue with standard screen captures using the built-in tools from MS (snipping tool or snip and stretch) being even close to the limit, however if your default printscreen is saving to paint, in bmp then it will most likely exceed it...
If you don't like using MS tools, then Lightshot works well, and is also very easy to use (whichever tool you do use always try to save in jpeg - the quality is extremely good for the filesize).
or you could always upload an image to a web hosting page, and just post the link to that here (in future) again, Lightshot even includes image hosting for this purpose

Please supply a full screen, uncropped SS that shows IGN, World clock, and server name for the report.

Try to get one of the broken TA, and whatever else is not working.


Also need your platform, gta, FB, R2 etc. And timezone, GST, EST, HKT, PST, etc

apparently someone else logged in and fixed the issue.  it was all back up and working last night around 8pm i'm told.  as far as better pictures / screencaptures, i have the issue of having the restriction of a low resolution or small data amount for photos in this forum.  i tried the full screen of my toon but had to crop down to what you see by the demand by the posting system for a smaller data load item.  the photos may be 1000KB in replies, but mine are restricted to 100KB for some reason for thread starts.
