Did anyone else notice this?
There's a surplus of points, is this intended so everybody can get the same amounts of keys or a mistake?
I think the level should be raised to 32-33.
And btw i like the change in the point requirements!

Its intended, you could always get more points than keys. We already submitted a suggestion to add more keys, its up to the devs if and when they do though.
