Loading Problem while Attacking in Weirwood

Please check as I am unable to attack  or in other words, after choosing the commanders attack map won't load.

It gets stuck at 11% or 16% while loading

Please review it fast as i am unable to complete my story quests.

I am using Chrome on Windows. Ingame Name is Dead Lucifer and kingdom is FKG - Fire Kingdom

Every time I start game, Loading gets stuck at a point whether it is game, Weirwood, Map etc
