Alliance Mobilization - A Massively Outdated Time Sink

Alliance Mobilizaition needs a massive overhaul. It is currently a boring week long time sink as each refresh of a quest lasts 30 minutes. Also, all quests including horrible low level quests still appear in the higher tier brackets which are almost always refreshed due to alliances wanting to stay reasonably competitive and/or complete all stages of rewards.

1. Quests should refresh 10 to 15 minutes (if not sooner) after being picked up or refreshed by a Marquis or higher ranked alliance member.

2. Low Point Value Quests should not appear in higher tier brackets, for example:

Apprentice League - All point value quests are availble.
Novice League - Quests below 100 points do not appear in this tier.
Elite League - Quests below 125 points do not appear in this tier.
Epic League - Quests below 150 points do not appear in this tier.


3. Alliance Ranking Rewards should reward the top 10 alliances at the very least as the time and/or money needed to secure a significant amount of points is not reflected by the overall rewards provided by Alliance Mobilization Stage Rewards and Alliance Ranking Rewards.

I have already made this suggestion to the VIP support, but it seems to have been either ignored, shelved, or never sent. Making this mode take at least 40 hours of your week (if you're lucky enough to get the "good" quests) to remain competitive, is absurd.

Definitely agree that AM could use a revamp, there are many ways to improve it, I'll forward this and hopefully some feedbacks will come back player's way to ask how we can improve it some more after several made suggestions.
