Hi there,

I see you are pretty new to the forum and also to the game, so i'm going to give a few links which might help you for any future reports, then try to work through what was wrong with your sylph exclusive...

Images : Yes, they can be tricky to upload sometimes, particularly if your computer settings make them too large for the file limit here. You can get around this by uploading then to an image hosting website, then once saved there, you can request a link and post that on your report instead. Two sites you can use for this are :

both this sites should have no problem with file size.

For all reports there are a couple of basic requirements (screenshots being one of them). We always need your IGN (game character name), server number, and platform (GTA/Facebook/R2 etc).

Regarding your issue with Sylph Exclusive event, that event has now ended so not sure we can assist you with it now, but usually when a player struggles with that event it is because they failed on one of the requirements - recharge x diamonds, spend x diamonds, sacrifice x resources...
The important thing is the sacrifice resources part - that means you need to have x number of a particular resource sitting in inventory after completing the other requirements. The game will take those resources from you, in exchange for the 'exclusive' prize. It does not count to spend those resources on anything, they have to be given up for exchange.
If the problem you had with the event is not about sacrifice please let me know, with screenshot, and I will try to look at it
