Where are they?

Where is Halloween Homestead, ALL Argolim sections Sylphs, Ashmonger, and the newer Mounts? None of them are available in any stores. The events simply give Sylphs as top prize or mounts' evolutions these past 6 months or so. Halloween Homestead has been released several years ago yet never available in stores. Many Argolim sylphs are also out for 2 years or so and never available in any stores. What's up with that?
