"Moments of the year" doesn't work

When I get on the screen, it has a red dot on the "view" button, that should take me to the rewards. But nothing happens, for days in a row now.

Others have the same problem, as evidenced in the regular thread on "moments of the year"

It may take 2-3 business days. When you click on the "View" button, did it link you to Anniversary Page?
