So for the first 8 days I clicked the link to 'View' my Moments of the Year, it took me to the web page, where I clicked the 'Check-in' button and my reward was sent to my inbox in game.

But today, on Day 9, when I got to the Web page, it said I had already checked in, and the chest reward was greyed out. No message in my Mail inbox.

When I clicked on 'View' a second time, it then greyed out the final chest reward, without me doing anything else.

I am rather disappointed to have this happen.

Has anybody else had this happen to them?

The same thing happened to me today in the same way. Exactly the same story. Icouldn´t check in, got an error message, that I checked in before, what is definetly not true and at my second try the Check In button was greyed out, also the Anniversary Celebration Reward and I got no item to my in game mail box. I´m very disappointed too, I checked in every day without missing one day and I fear Iwon´t get the reward and I also won´t get the Moments of the year avatar frame. K 18 , Lord Larian. I´m really not satisfied with the game performance and with loosing rewards that are earned correctly.

this is a full bugs game,what u guys really  want anyway? quit? come on ,some of us already spend lots of real money on it .haha  ,we called this " Gambler effect"

Tech support asks for a screenshot instead of addressing the problem. That seems to be the default response from them these days, no matter how clear I phrase a problem or how unnecessary it is to have a screenshot. How was I supposed to know preemptively that there would be a check-in bug? What's the point of getting a screenshot now? It's not gong to prove that I didn't receive the gift.

Same issue here, might be summer saving time thing that messed it up. For an hour there it was yesterday and today at the same time

I had the same issue with the last day, so I didn't get the 10th prize which is very disappointing

And the customer support in the game is nothing more than a joke, they only send apologize and never actually gave me any real help

Same issue. Reported to GOTVIP with multiple screenshots including my inbox with the timestamp from last claim.

Page was apparently tweaked during some maintenance the other day because after claiming the 9th prize and returning 24 hrs later it was all grayed out.
