Account issues, i really need help

Hi

I have a login or account issues since yesterday morning. I use to play LOA III regularly and yesterday morning, i wanted to play LOA via FB (as i always do). I went on my FB page and click on the LOA's shortcut. Another window is opening but what a surprise when i saw the window flashing not only the page of the game but the entire FB window. I tried again on my PC, same thing, impossible to login and enter the game. I went to the settings of the game to "authorize" Flash player : but nothing happens ! I tried with Safari on my macbook air, same stuff... I don't know what to do. My IGN is Artemisia and i belong to the guild of "Rebels". My account is able to be hacked or something or is it an issue of the server ? thank you so much for your answers (sorry for my pathetic english, i'm french).

Hello ktiwilliam

Its an issue wit google chrome, so not much we can do about it. You can try the following:
Please turn off the "same site by default cookies" feature in "chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies" if you are using Chrome as browser. Please also be sure to completely restart the browser after switching off the flag.

If its still not working after this, you will need to use a different browser.

Sorry for the late response, the quick reply option does not bump the thread up so please don˙t use it.
Try to link you fb account to the app if quick login does not work. And if its still not working come back and i will see what we can do.

Hello abzycmlogsid9k,

Thank you for letting us know, i will ask around to see if they are any other cases of the game not working on safari. It might be a problem with your mac or it could be a problem like with chrome. I wil try to test it tomorrow though it will have to be on a windows pc.
