Game is down. It keeps showing 'It seems something went wrong, please refresh and try' at loading page.
this is super annoying.

Hi there!

It may be a server related issue. As I understand, there's a nationwide effort in effect to curb the Corona Virus spread in China where most (if not all) non-essential online services will be temporarily unavailable. This might be the cause of the issue. Unfortunately I cannot pinpoint any further cause of the issue other than the fact that it is most definitely a server side issue.

If you wouldn't mind, could you try again on the following day to see if the issue still persists? Alternatively, we have seen players who are able to enter the game by connecting using a VPN so perhaps you might want to give that a shot.
