It says "Payment reversals have been requested from your account transactions.
Please contact us within 48 hours in order to avoid having your account blocked for security reasons.

I haven't made any reversals though and haven't recharged in a long time. I'm trying to do a big charge up to get an item from a event that closes today if you can help.

Are you sure you haven't requested for chargeback? Have you checked with your bank?

when was the last time you recharged. please provide us a screenshot of your transaction history, your IGN, server and platform.

I have just checked with the team and I'm told you possibly had 2 previous recharge suspensions, all supposedly caused by your bank doing chargeback without your permission.

So I would ask you to provide us screenshots of your recharge history going back to August 2019. Thank you

That can't be right. I haven't done any r"s in that timeline. I wasn't very active for quite a while, since this time last year until recently. Here's the screenshot. Regardless I've spent over $30k on this game in the last 5 years. No reason I shouldn't be able to recharge.

Hi Wall,

The old chargebacks referred to were historical, like really old (last being August 2018 but that was resolved and you were able to recharge against in the Sept that year?).

Sorry, but can you do your recharge history screenshot again please? Trying to get the ID for the last recharge you actually did from there for report... maybe need to go back all the way to sept 2018

We can get your account checked by devs once we have a recharge ID, but it normally takes a week or two for them to investigate and resolve these things.. also still waiting for your details (IGN, server, platform).. I think you are from s505 but need you to confirm everything
