Lost Elysian (Elysian Mortalis - Belladonna)

I am reporting this issue wherein I lost one of my Elysian (Elysian Mortalis - Belladonna). I accidentally placed it in my storage and when I was about to have it activated, I could not find it. If I could still remember that was right after I got the Elysian, I placed it in the storage just for me to have extra space in my inventory. You know how important the Elysian is, because I cannot activate my other Elysians if Elysian Mortalis - Belladonna won’t be activated first. I am stuck now and I hope that you will give resolution to this issue in no time. This is actually my 2nd time in submitting a ticket to your page. I hope this time you will give me a resolution and not beat me around the bush. If you are going to ask me the exact date and time as to when I lost my Elysian, that I cannot answer you. Hoping that you will reply as soon as possible. Thank you so much and God bless!
