Skills with Resurrection

There are several skills amongst heroes and armas that have the "resurrect allies if they die within X turns. Each ally can only be resurrected once per battle."

The limitation of once per battle is for the skill? Can a ally be resurrected twice (or thrice) with the usuage of different skills?

The feedback regarding this question is :

If it's a real Resurrection, you can be revived twice if it's a soul, you can't be revived again. Or in other words, if he is resurrected via hero then it can be 2 times and if he is resurrected via Arma then it is possible only once
