sky wings enhance at 2 feathers bug

I finally managed to enhance two of my red sky wings at 2 feathers. Their abilities are as follows:

Aethyr - When skill hits, there is a 20% chance to increase your DMG by 10% and DR by 10% for 2s
Rage - When skill hits, there is a 20% chance to extra DMG by 10% and movement speed by 10% for 2s

The grammer of the last sentence is wrong as you may see but this is the way it is written in game.
Can you please explain why when these 2 buffs proc they are displayed as follows in the attached screenshot?

Why I receive DEF buff when I should be receiving DR buff instead?
Why i don't receive 10% movement speed buff?
Why am I receiving ATK increase? This is the ability of Anzu sky wings but they are not enchanced at 2 feathers.
