HELP, covid 19 support Reply:1| View:211
Hi, with everything that is happening at the moment.
is there a way to protect player account and castles due to the current covid 19 pandemic.

i see player away from the game due to personal issues and was wondering if there is a way we can protect them until they get back.

i know they can get their account back when they return but during their absence their castles are unprotected.

Could we have the option to put bubble on players without their request for protection during this time?

thanks

Dear cub1061,

I will inform to the devs to see if we have any further action regarding this issue. In the meantime, players should use 14 days bubble if it's needed. Their castle will be disappeared in the map also as long as they log in again.
